Luk Fu, a Hakka Card game

This is version 0.9.0. Some of the game rules are simplified and will be fully implemented in later versions:

• The bidding part of the game is skipped, and is always assumed to be from the dealer.
• The dummy player is always fixed and assigned to East.
• The dummy player scoring is not calculated.
• When enough tricks and old age cards (6) are obtained, the old age cards on hand will automatically be played.
• 'Ng Fu Ha San' is allowed by any player in the first round, instead of before the first round.
